Lalit Lalwani is the Founder and CEO of Equisory, bringing over 22 years of expertise in management and consultancy to drive business success. As a Spanish national and EU zone specialist, he excels in guiding international trade setups, business expansions, and compliance strategies across Europe. His proven track record helps clients navigate complex markets with strategic insight and tailored solutions.
Nitin Lalwani
A founder member and qualified Chartered Accountant from the November 2009 batch, he is having over 17 years of hands-on experience in finance and compliance. Holding a CPA qualification from Ireland, specialized as an expert in green energy and carbon credits, guiding organizations through sustainable finance, regulatory frameworks, and carbon market strategies.
Yash Gupta
As a Director at Equisory Consultancy, Yash leads the firm's carbon credit advisory and corporate sustainability initiatives. Drawing on a robust background in global financial risk management and institutional valuation, he specializes in aligning complex financial models with strategic ESG goals. Yash holds an M.Sc. from Trinity College Dublin with a targeted focus on Impact and ESG Investing, empowering clients to achieve growth that is both environmentally impactful and financially sound.
Namrata Lalwani
Namrata Lalwani joined Equisory in 2015 as Senior Consultant, bringing rich expertise in corporate compliances and audits.
